you can pick up illustrator 8 on ebay for 10 bucks maybe, does the same basic thing, still fine for line art and colouring just wont have as many options or filters

it uses ur mouse, and is so much easier than a tablet

adobe illsutrator uses vector, its kinda like the pen tool in photoshop but much better, you basicly use it to trace ur drawings and colour them and stuff, you should download the trial at [link] it really lifts your work alot, my drawings are horrible
