Angels all look alike. They also have a thing called a quantum lock, so if any creature looks at them or see them, they cant move. This is why they keep their eyes covered, for if they look at each other, they can never move again. They almost never have their eyes in the open.
Love the shading. Celestia is the main highlight, i love how her wings just blanket the rest of the ponies. I recommend the lighing more centered, so the other ponies are only slighlty visible, it creates a spookier effect.

I extremely like the particular style that you use. The layout of the picture is great all of the weeping angle ponies are placed in a way where each individual pony makes a profound impression and accentuates the particular pose they are in. I know the whole The Doctor and Derpy being surrounded by weeping angles is common, so this loses half a star in originality, but the way you styled each individual weeping angle definitely sets this piece apart from all of the others like this. As soon as I saw it on Equestria daily I wanted to have this piece in real life and have it sitting above my fireplace .
