"The twin Crystal Sages once serves as spiritual guides to the scholars of the Grand Archives, and one went on to ally with the Undead Legion. "Ok, that one gave me some troubles. Always got me on that last stage when he has a little bit of hp left and just starts spamming his attacks like nobody's business. Took me 5 tries.

This bitch and his/her sister (can't remember which one was the male of the two) are absolutely a pain to fight, not because they are powerful or what, but because most of the time spam magic like hell.
But... they got a big ass hat, so fashion souls 100%.

Love the Crystal Sage, most underrated boss in DS3 to me.
His fight isn't too bad (although, I had trouble like you did), but he just looks so cool, I love em'!

Despite being one of the easier bosses, his second phase can be a pain in the ass.
