Hello Pal, time for a critique !
Vision : Nice one ! It's a good idea to use the bed eyes and the tongue out to represent the "sexy" nature about the character.
Originality : You reproduct the character, that a good thing but I think it's need more your personnal touch. I know it's MLP style and many fanart reproduct the style with little differences. But you can try do more next time.
Technique : What I have to say ? It just wonderful and a true piece of beauty like the character eheh. The blue is fresh and that a good thing you do light brushing on Velvet.
Impact : I have to tell you honestly, the bed eyes make a strong impact on your artwork. It's like she tell us "Come her sweetie ~.".
Final : You made a very good work, but work more on the originality and add more personnal touchs. ^^

Excellent use of cold coloring, especially since pinks and purples tend to be warm. Lighting and shading were also expertly used with the alternation of blended colors and more "sharp" colors doing well to accentuate the different textures. The nod to her being a re-skin of Rarity is very clever and subtle as well.
The typography was also well thought-out, having the same color scheme and being artistic without being gaudy.
The only true gripe I have is with the ice in the background, and that's simply due to it looking very soft. It's a VERY small issue and the only one that I have, but I thought it would be fair to mention.

Like, I see it under tons of YouTube videos and stuff, mostly TF2, Overwatch and similar games, but I never bothered to ask. Until now, that is.
IΒ΄ll admit, I donΒ΄t seem very smart asking for the definition of a term that gets thrown around so often, but truth is: I donΒ΄t know exactly what it means. IΒ΄ve got a few ideas, but letΒ΄s just say I donΒ΄t trust this type of idea too much.
Also, thereΒ΄s probably a few other people who donΒ΄t know what that means and are afraid to ask, so yeah.

When I first saw Nora, I thought "Oh, hi Pinkie."
Also, I came up with a pretty crazy headcanon backstory for Nora, which would explain why she was in a village where she obviously didnΒ΄t belong, all by herself, back when she was a child:
One of the Pinkie Pie clones came across Discord, who used his chaos magic to give her a mind that would allow them to have a proper conversation, Discord mentioned that Pinkie would be sent back to the Mirror Pool eventually, the clone didnΒ΄t want to, and so Discord sent her to another dimension.
Whether she lost her memory and got a new one or not is still up for debate.
