Description
For my Jock Sturges work in the style of for my a-level photography. Was my own styling of his girl on the beach. I decided to go to the opposite end of the spectrum to give her more clothing and put more into the photograph like the garden scene.Critiques would be appreciated.

This picture is good, but I think it can be improved a lot. If I may suggest, I think it would be better if you make the depth shallower, so the only thing that viewer will see is the face of the model, or only the face and the whole body of her. By placing her in the middle of the frame like this, you make her in"dead spot", so it won't attract viewer's eyes, therefore leave the beauty of this picture. Or you can place her on the corner of the frame, left or right. make empty space next to her.
If you want to show that she sits on the grass, if shallower depth, you may shoot from upside angle, and maybe make this picture in color, it will also make it more cheerful.
