Like... Edward Kenway. Then it would be like that: Buck writting sms "Nat, don't wait for me. I'll be laaaaaate. Me + Edward = Russian vodka + Pirate's rum = Assassins' Party Hard" But basic vision was more like mission in Russia (haha, with Nat, I guess), Bucky doing "special agent" stuff, spying and infiltrating XD And that happened
Somewhere in russian underground someone had really brilliant idea I guess Bucky's smile is saying here everything *
Now seriously. I am adding this part of desription after some time and reading Your comments. Yep. There is something deeper in this image (as always in my case). And I want You to dig deeper. There is something behind a game and naughty smile, something more than a party. Something really in Bucky feels. Some of You said that this image reminds them Deer Hunter. I gotta see this movie cause while reading its description I felt that yeah. Please... look for triangle. It is like the six firearm's chambers spinning round and round in real life of many real people... It makes this image dedicate to Buck and people like him. We love You, Buck. Take a care of Yourself, baby.

I agree with You totally. You wrote many many really deep and wise things.
Ptsd... They have some ways to help. But to be honest... I think that after things like violence, war, rape, accident... Someone can live again as a happy person. But it will never be the same person. Something is always stuck. Even when the brain don't remember (some traumas are so deep that people just forget the moment of it), body remembers. In my opinion that body memory is sometimes bigger problem than the mind. Cause it is so much easier to translate to the brain that it is the safe place. But body learn in years that it is not safe place will behave like it is not. So it has all the stress symptoms... all the time - more or less. Person can even doesn't feel it but the stomach is compressed, breathe is shallow, heart is restless. I guess it takes many years to make them feel comfortable again. Person like that never take a rest. It is like living on 200% all the time, always ready to react. It is like riding a cat in double speed. So the engine is dying 2, 3 times faster. And this is what is happening to the body... On therapy they teach people how to take care of themselves, how to rest. But it is not that easy... "Oh take a rest" "thanks". It is something that people learns from the beggining. It takes long years. There are many techniques like talking about the problem, digging deeper and deeper, desensitization, changing thinking, changing life. Do you know i.imgur.com/DJK3kva.jpg?1 this? I am trying to look at ptsd in this way. It gives me a hope. I really believe that broken people can be beautiful. Even if the crack is visible.
Yep, I know exactly what You mean about that sound and reaction. It is exactly this way. Not only people has it. Animals too. They are suffering because of traumas or depression...
Aaaah, Alcoholics... Couldn't agree more. You know... in my opinion. it is another "Bucky story". I mean Sam on the bridge talking with Steve "Whoever he used to be and the guy he is now, I don't think he is the kind you save.". So yeah. Sadly life isn't Marvel movie and... most of these Buckys never wake up. No matter how much Steves try. Sometimes... Steve just... die... trying to reascue this kind of Bucky... So... this time... in this case... Sorry Buck, but no. I advice in this case to listen to Sam. It maybe sound trage but I think that person with ptsd is easier to save than alcoholic. Especially in deep stadium of alcoholism. It is exactly how You wrote. You just can say some words, just don't look at it in silence. But drinking / taking other stuff is always his or her choice. No one can change it. Only he / she. In my humble opinion. It is not really important if somebody starts to drink because life is hard, he/she is a victim, was on war or whateva... after some years these reasons are gone... and person is drinking / taking... because he/she is drinking/taking. No deeper reason. He/she just cannot stop. It is like a train or a car speeding with big speed, it destroyed so many things by the way that its windshield is totallz dirty, wipers don't work. Nothing is visible anymore... on a bottle or a dose of something. With time even eyes of this person is empty like... he/she was never there. I guess it is even more sad "everyday Bucky story" than a story about ptsd victim...

I guess The Deer Hunter can be close to the third bottom of this artwork. Cause it is triangle.
