I know I promised horses. They are about to come, really xDThis was supposed to be a little thing for another forum game. I had to draw them character of the user above my post.
I really liked this guy and instantly had an idea so I took it even though I have too much stuff to do anyways.
I just dont learn my lesson it seems xD
Currently art block kicks me into bad moods too, so it probably wasn't my best idea but well. After his sketch was lying around some days I finally managed to finish him^^

Ooooooooooh the shading is awesuuuum
The only place to improve it would be to change up the effects on the skin somewhat.
It looks rather plastic to me, but really, considering the green light and pale skin, that might have been what you were going for.
The hair and fur have a nice style to it so great work on that.
Though your face structure could use a bit of work.
Try playing around with the lines. You don't need to countour every detail, to make something stand out. (Especially considering you've clearly got a good grasp on shading.)
You could try deleting a bit of the line from say the lips and adding a shadow going upwards in it's place.
Removing lines adds more detail sometimes. If you can believe that
Play around with that and you'll have an awesome style ^^

And yes, I know the flaws of the piece because it is a year old already now, so I totally agree with you on the plastic look and that i shouldve overthought the composition with the green light (even tho I chose it to be green because the character has green magic (; )
