I did this one thinking of a lot of things, all have to start with these three words. That's all you really have to do is say, "It is OK"...
It is OK to be different, it is ok to be small or big, it is ok to be sad, it is ok to not feel anything at all, it is ok to be your true self because that's who you should be already. And I know it can be hard sometimes to do that, maybe a little embarrassing. But what is life without getting embarrassed and living a few times? It is OK to be you.
