Description
A quick WIP to show a project I'm working on - drawing every single one of my characters. That also means fleshing out faceless side characters as well as drawing the main ones. So far we got Zemina. 38/154

Zemina
1. Aru Shinomura - Protagonist. Master Samurai from the world Zemina. Has an unfortunate run-in with Drakonius after his wife is murdered and is set on a journey across the multiverse.
2. Alice Shinomura - Maiden name Alice Cooper. Married Aru when she was 16 and died 10 years later while heavily pregnant. Loving and loyal wife who isn't afraid to beat her husband upside the head.
3. Wei Lokapala - Master Samurai from the world Zemina. Trained Aru when Aru was young. Hair cut short due to dishonor he committed years earlier. Rather laid back. Fights with a spear-like sword with a hook at one end. After Aru left the traveling group, Wei simply vanished from Zemina. Unsure if he is dead or not.
4. Trevor - Mongrel mercenary. Becomes fast friends with Aru as they fight in a blood feud. Serves the same Lord as Aru when Aru and Alice settle down. Killed years later by Aru when he is driven insane due to a plague.
5. Marissa Shinomura - Aru and Alice Shinomura's daughter. A bit loud and very outgoing, she loves meeting new people. Becomes a Master Warrior when she grows up, energy giving her good amount of stamina in a fight. Her weapon is a giant axe with a morning star at the end.
6. Takari Shinomura Aru and Alice Shinomura's daughter. Quiet and thoughtful, she is a bit awkward in public, but usually sees both sides of the coin. Becomes a Master Samurai, deadly with her swords.
7. Gyro - Fire eater from the traveling group Aru is with. A big man, he is somewhat intimidating, yet friendly enough when one gets to know him.
8. Sybyl - Plate spinner from the traveling group Aru grew up with. She is a young woman, married to the caravan leader and somewhat of an aunt to Aru and Alice. Very motherly, she is like the second in command and helps make sure performances go off without a hitch. Because she married a Novodoby male, she dresses in their fashion during the cooler months, yet still follows the Cestovani religion.
9. North - Lore master from the traveling group. The old man knew all the stories, all the plays, epics, everything. Before he died, he wrote everything he knew into books and scrolls for the younger generations. Usually quick to get annoyed with the overconfident young people.
10. Narine - Cook of the caravan. A pretty young Solvei woman, many men seem attracted to her apparent calm and sweetness - as well as her meals - yet she surprises them all by beating them back with sticks and pans. The only thing that she seems to love is a colorful bird that sits on her shoulder. The bird bites people, especially men..
11. Aaron - Novodoby actor. He doesn't seem to be all that in tune with the world around him. Sometimes forgets his lines, but manages improv well enough.
12. Sayer - Cestovani actor. Takes his job seriously and keeps his hair short despite the social ridicule he gets. A bit tricky, he can easily slip into and out of the characters he acts as. Sometimes, this slips into real life and it is hard to get a read on who he really is.
13. Chura - A young woman raised in the Solvei culture when she was young. Mother died and her Novodoby father took over raising her, giving her quite a culture shock. A bit older, she joined the Groupe as an actress, having skewed thoughts on how a woman should behave. She keeps her hair up, though she likes the dyed clothes Novodoby people favour.
14. Kalen - Another female actor. She is Aaron's half-sister (they both had different fathers) and they rub sparks together. She seems to loose her temper with him a lot, especially when he forgets to practice. However, she loves him well enough.
15. Oakly - Leader of this traveling group and husband to Sybyl, Oakly was like an uncle to Aru. He is an older man and generally very organized, keeping track of everything without the use of paper and pencil. If time called for it, he can pull out a fiddle or do some simple tricks, but he would rather work behind the scenes.
16. Chander - Cestovani juggler. He lost his arm when he was attacked by a fanged deer when he was a child. Being of little use to his people crippled, he joined the traveling group and learned how to juggle. He loves telling people of his adventures, especially how he bested the 'vampire deer.' He also believes in the Cestovani thought that 'less is more' and he may be seen with even less clothes on.
17. Anya - Tightrope walker/dancer. She is very elegant and much older than she looks. She loves attention, yet acts very modest about any praise she may get. Despite being raised in a big city - or maybe because of it - she loves going about barefoot and walking through woods.
18. Hanse - A bard. He plays all kinds of instruments, from fiddle to guitar to harmonica to flute to cornet. He is a bit arrogant and hates admitting he's wrong or there are people better than he is (which is why he practices a LOT.) Children make him angry, but he deals with them. A ladies man, he loves flirting and just having one night stands. He is, however, a bit of a wimp. Having a thing for physical beauty, he doesn't really think much of Andre.
19. Andre - Despite her homely looks, she has the voice of an angel. She sings all the songs, from upbeat country dances to slow funeral dirges. She is also not afraid of doing cleaning or heavy lifting. She has a huge crush on Hanse and loves when they practice together. However, she gets discouraged when he doesn't react to her.
20. Justin - Son of Oakly and Sybyl. He has a couple dogs that he is training to do tricks. Your typical child, he loves sweets, adventures and learning new things. Aru would show off his sword skills to him and his mother is teaching him about plate spinning.

Tellurium Asylum
1. Hawke - Serious and mistrusting of some of the others, his main goal is to escape. Not why they are there, not how they got there. Merely to get out. He isn't afraid to plow through obstacles if he has to. He tries to be the leader of the inmates, yet his temper scrapes against more than a few personalities.
2. Radley - An inmate with horns and red eyes. He is more laid back than the rest, which is due to his room, while being more isolated, is a bit better furnished. He doesn't like people thinking he's a demon and is willing to go to great lengths to prove them otherwise and gain their trust.
3. Lyra - This young girl, with her pointed ears, resembles an elven like being. But she lacks their confidence and grace. She is always worrying, always looking behind her back to make sure there's no knife sticking out of it, always questioning the other inmate's motives internally, a little voice scratching at the back of her head. So it's always a surprise when she reacts badly.
4. Artyomevna - a werecat, though no one really knows that. As of now, the inmates think it is due to her sign (being a Leo) that she has cat ears and a tail. She's a little bit nervous and doesn't like a lot of attention put on her. She does, however, like having one or two people to talk to and she isn't afraid to say what's on her mind. What no one knows, however, is that she was born January first, making her sign a Capricorn.
5. Oliver - A quiet young lady, she is scared easily and has trouble getting used to strangers. She likes the dark and the warm, getting cold rather easily. Bright lights hurt her eyes and she rarely talks. Prone to migraines.
6. Ethan - Way too happy for a dude trapped in an asylum with only a pair of pants to wear. He sometimes flips completely in his personality - outgoing and happy one moment and angry and yelling the next. Usually fights with Hawke the most.
7. Fleur - Ice queen describes this young woman the best. She is confrontational, sassy, and vain. There is nothing she likes more than asserting her dominance over the other girls expect looking at herself in the mirror and preening her hair. She also controls ice.
8. Joe - Despite his look, Joe is the most average out of the inmate. The things on his head are some sort of fleshy growth, not horns. He has two protruding from his back as well. Laid back, he likes pulling pranks and laughing at other's suspense, so long as it's harmless. He is also not afraid to question things and thinks outside the box often.
9. Hunter - Isn't much of a social butterfly. She keeps to herself and doesn't let people know much about her. In fact, she may know a LOT more than she lets on, and is willing to lie to 'protect herself' from others.
10. Conrad - He is somewhat blunt, and despite his blank expression, he can be somewhat blunt with his words and may come off as a bit rude. However, he is laid back and carefree. Commitment and doing things can make him nervous, however.
11. Trish - Being the most physically different from the other inmates, she is emotionally detached from others despite the smile. She is usually uncomfortable with the others. She is a bit extreme and is fixed in her ideals and beliefs.
12 Liam - Doesn't like being told that he's wrong. He sees the other people as tools to help him in life. He is quick to come to conclusions - whether true or false - and will act on them swiftly and accordingly.
13. Soul - One of two orderlies. He never speaks and only does his job efficiently. In his room, one can see playing cards and NASCAR posters, suggesting that he has a more childish side that is rarely - if ever - seen.
14. Luna - The second of two orderlies. She talks to give suggestions thinly veiled as orders. She seems a bit more swayable than the other orderly, yet has not done anything to aid the inmates yet. She has sports items and comic books stashed in her room.
15. Gust - A doctor, as she says. She seems way too flighty and air-headed to know any thing remotely medical. A bit of a coward, she doesn't like seeing the inmates in person and would rather review their files and tests.

19. Core - the main system of control in the asylum. Cold, and emotionless, she will follow her orders given as she perceives them, no matter the results.
