I have no ideas for Loop: Media Control (she) yet... Maybe a villain/trickster kind of character.Download: Function (she) is working with Anti-Virus, she downloads and uploads weapons what Anti virus makes for other Controls.
Edit: Function (she) would be something like an earth bender, she would have the ability edit her surroundings, and maybe even use her staff in certain ways to move objects around.
Info: Function (he). I had the idea that he would be this guy that could appear anywhere when someone needed information about something. But instead of giving the answers right away, he would be an ass and evading the subject to start talking about this and that and completely be useless. That's why no ones likes him.
Brightness: Function (she) design is inspired by the sun. Arms being the sun beams, and the center of the sun. Brightness' eye is both their eye and mouth, you can't tell if they are happy or mad.

Would Translate count as a media control? I would imagine them being culture and language savvy. Plus the translate button appears a little frequently so I am curious if they count as a media control.

Loop could be a trickster that would cause people to do things in a never ending loop, until she stopped it. She could maybe work with other controls because her looping abilities help stop the enemy from attacking or somethin

I have a small question. I showed my friend your DA page and told them about the controls but they said i should be free to draw the fan-character and call it a OC because they say you can't claim ownership of media controls. I want your response before I make a decision on who is right

if it's your own that you made the character,Call it an oc.Since you aren't the one who made it,Don't claim it as your OWN oc.

They are right, I can't claim the ownership for the literal media controls.
But as long as you draw with the rules I made, for the world I created, it's a fan character and you should credit me.
But if you would do your own stuff different from me and still have it be media control related, like humans, animals, robots or something, then you could call it an OC and do whatever you want with them.

Stop telling me that "this character reminds me of "this" and "this!"" Yes, I know, who can make fully original characters nowadays? There will always be something! So yes, I know my characters or things might remind of something, so quit pointing it out. I am pretty sure everyone are getting tired of it. I didn't make them to remind of anything intentionally.
For example, there comes a game named Undertale, and people point out my characters Retoast and Colde are similar to Sans. (Retoast's personality, Colde's look) And they have the balls to say that I copied Undertale, even though I made those characters 4 YEARS before that game even was announced.
Now my Media Controls concept is apparently similar to Steven Universe. You have no clue how many times people said Play remind
Besides, "Loop reminds me of Miku" has literally been mentioned in the comments 7 times before, like what do I do with this information? You are not the first one to point it out, it makes me just feel unoriginal, while you just get some kind of satisfaction connecting two dots.
Besides, I'm not gonna change my character's designs because of it just... reminds... People of some other character. As long as it's not rip-off level, it's not my problem, since it wasn't my intention to make it look like some other character that exists on the internet.
So either comment about something else or keep your mouth shut, it would save me from getting into a bad mood.

Ideas for Loop:
As a trickster, she would definitely abuse the ability to make someone repeat their actions. For example, if someone fell flat on their face in front of her and she found it hilarious, she'd make them fall again and again until it loses its luster. Like a youtube fail compilation where they repeat and slow down the takes.
If she were in combat, I can see her putting charging enemies into an infamous running cycle, or taking advantage of that one guy who monologues his whole life story and just making him repeat it again and again until she's safe out of range.
