You wouldnt want this guy to be on the hunt for you. Well anyway, this took a very very very long time to make. The joints arent connected because i was thinking that they are magntetically connected... so thats why they arent attached. This guy is fully animateable (if you wanted to tak that much time out of your life)Related content

well done, i can see that alot of time and care went into this, it's very detailed! have you ever thought of putting it in one of those white rooms they use for testing robots and stuff, so that we can see a shadow and stuff on the render? its just a suggestion. i'm currently making a robot myself, it will be very detailed when its done

That is called clay rendering, and can also be done boy creating half a sphere , giving it a white material and making it glow to illuminate the scene, also, put a gray material on all of the parts of the robot and the plane under it. No reflections whatsoever.
