After the events of the (Red Alert 3 and Uprising) Third World War, the Soviet Union had rebuilt its infrastructure and its military power in secret with the help of a mysterious man who is named Yuri? With a new leader for the people the Soviet Union will rise again. One of the Soviet scientist’s names Demitri Tesla have approved The Tesla coils for the Tesla trooper and Tesla tank to shock the enemies with electricity. The improved Tesla Trooper is the Soviet Union special advanced anti-armour/anti-infantry unit. They take an exoskeleton power armour with a portable Tesla coil, into battle. The armour is an Exoskeleton power armour where's the user can shock enemies to death and the armour is more durable also won't get injured by the animal attacks, toxins/fire, and Radiation poisoning make them like walking tanks, but they are not indestructible from a lot of gunfire which could shred through the armour and explosives like grenades and bombs which will blow it up. They still have the electromagnetic disruptor generator which can black out machinery like vehicles around it, but not structures the reason is because of the Portable Tesla pack It's not as powerful as a Tesla coil on the Tesla tank however, this field can only be maintained if the Troopers remain stationary, and their Tesla guns cannot be fired when the EM Disruptor is activated because It have to draw in a lot of power to keep the field on. In addition, their Tesla weapons can be used to power up Tesla coils, keeping them operational even when a blackout occurs, also it works with Tesla tanks and another Tesla trooper for increased damage. They are also deadly against individual infantry, but their slow rate of fire prevents them from being good against massed soldiers. Due to their heavy mechanical suits and must recharge for another shot. Also, the heavy armour can make them slow moving which can leave an opening for quick attacks (like Shinobi) and for faster vehicles (like attack bikes) to pass through without them getting them destroyed or be captured in the field. Tesla troopers Power armour Make them immune to being crushed or run over by tanks and other vehicles except large units (like Apocalypse Tanks, Battle Fortress, King Oni, Mastermind tanks) With new leadership in the Soviet Union, the Premier Alexander Romanov, as the new premier he had planned to get back at future tech for the mistreatment of the Russian people and because they are greedy capitalists also for the allies’ technology advances Which make them lose the war. The new head of scientific development for the Soviet Union named Demitri Tesla is the scientific expert of electricity and electromagnetic technology which help improving the Tesla technology to help the take down the evil of capitalism. The sound of Thunder will Shock the enemies of the Soviet people and bring forth a new age of communism. So, join the revolution and together we will be victorious.

I did this fan art for Red Alert 2 and Red Alert 3.

I redesigned the Tesla trooper to be a Mix of both of red alert 2 and 3 designs to create my own with a few changes like the helmet can open the visor for fresh air or for drinks. The EXO suit itself is more of a walking tank with one man control it like a mech suit. Also, you can see a portable Tesla coil on the back so it can create a magnetic field which could disable vehicles and Robotic infantry which includes terror drones, Hacker bots, ED-205 bots, Cyborg troopers, attack drones. I had a look at mods for red alert 3 and people have some ideas for Tesla troopers to charge up each other for maximum power so I like the idea and I put it in with my own version. Is also one my first Command and conquer red alert fanarts I almost forgot it, but I finish it for everyone to see.
