This fractal describes how every living thing on Planet Earth is connected to each other. The fractal speaks visually of this beauty and connection with the abstract butterfly, pink flowers, and electric-pink bee shapes that reach out to each other and are all linked with the sparkly, fractalized chain all around.

This fractal also speaks of a deeper meaning to this wonderful connection. Not only do we depend on each other for energy through the food chain, but we also evolved or were created from the same source. We are all descendants of the first creatures and plants on Earth, and we still need each other to survive. Most animals need plants for oxygen and the start of their food chain, and the plants in turn need carbon dioxide and nutrients from the earth. Thus, we all share the same energy and air, so our well-beings depend on the survival and well-being of everyone else in our environment. That chain connecting us isn’t as visible or beautiful as this fractal describes, but it is very real and just as important, because if one species dies out, the chain is broken and all are affected.

The two giant flowers at the heart of this fractal also describes how the majestic union of two similar beings can produce hundreds of descendants, as it has been with the circle of life since the beginning of time. The simple flower-like fractal theme is thoroughly connected with thousands of variations of itself. Each iteration of the fractal theme can represent a new generation that is forever connected to the generation above it.
