Lugia as Fafnir the gold hoarding dragon from Norse Myth.

He's quite dangerous and deadly looking as a Dragon, admittedly Lugia is already quite intimidating by pokemon standards.
While not strictly a Dragon pokemon, he does have Dragonlike aesthetic and can learn Dragon moves.

Fafnir was for me a key figure in my Elite Four domination, level 45 and he was demolishing them so easily it was embarrassing seeing as both the 2nd and 3rd member of the Elite Four specialize in pokemon that are ALL weak to Psychic attacks and 75% of them are also weak to Flying attacks, making Lugia THE weapon to clean them up with little or no effort.

Next up: A 100% sure keeper even though he was barely of any help agains the Elite Four (underleveled and un-evolved) who still needs some exp to push into the realm of awesome but I'm going to leap through time and do him as he will be anyway!
