I operate with two definitions of sexy, one is shallow, one is real XD
1) The shallow one I use as a casual way to compliment good-looking people. As in 'wow, Jay, you're sexy'. Since I'm aware that most people define 'sexy' the same way as you do, if I use it like that it's understandable for everyone.
2) The real 'sexy' I use rarely (actually almost never). To me sexy is clever, not naive and powerful. Something like that, don't care much about looks.
