The horns were the absolute biggest hassle with the entire cosplay, I swear! I made them with a base of newspaper, tin foil and tape. Then I secured the horns and their shape with plaster. Then I covered it all up with paper clay to get them tough and sturdy as well as to get the ram-like shape for them (wasn't easy so I'm not completely satisfied) and then lastly I painted them with normal, cheap paint mixed with some of my more expensive hobby paint. The horns are secured on a headband underneath the wig, screws are glued onto the headband and a threads are put inside a small copper pipe that is secured in the base of the horn. Sounds complicated, but that's because it is. It was a nightmare, honestly!

Won't help really because it was only after the layer of clay that they got so heavy. So up until the clay layer it was all fine and dandy, but I just have to find an alternative to the clay.

ohhhhhh I see! Wellp, i think theres some arts and craft thing where you use a super-heating blow drier to mold plastic over whatever object you want to create..? I dont remember what its called

Actually it was red lipstick, but apparently the lighting is really weird and it makes everything blueish? So that my lips look pink and stuff. But my lipstick is actually bright red! Which was also annoying because I'd wanted a dark red one, but my wallet was wounded and dying at that point, hehehe.

waa thats a pity. and yeah i know that... cosplay is a very expensive hobbie...
But for the photos you can try to to edit the lips to look more red. I do that with the eyes cause i don´t like to use contacts and they´re too expensive...

It is, but I can talk to dino about the lips, but it doesn't matter all that much, I don't mind it as long as they're not.. idk grey or normal coloured. As for eyes I actually had contacts, I was just too lazy to put them in, hehe.
