Another round ofWith Shara (FFTA) vs Lightning (Dissidia 012 aya bera variant)
Fight location: Costa del sol
Never played FFTA but it was fun drawing a non human character for the FF world. Since Shara has a range weapon...why not have a range battle. Doubt it is fair from a bow vs a gun but if it's like FFT then I am sure Shara has some job changes she can do. Out of all the worlds I saw on the list to draw I thought Costa del sol be the best I can manage in terms of background without killing myself because it's backgrounds (I don't draw them often). I spend a good chunk of time on it and I kinda like the outcome x_x but yeah I hate perspective.

Your background is really well done. As you told me in your comment in my submission: that you was not really happy on drawing the details, I want to add that in this one the details are really great. It's not necessary to do more, we understand everything that we see. And nothing is chocking. These black lines even helps to put some action on the picture. I'm not really good to explain what I mean, beacause I'm not so good with English, but to put 2-3 lines instead of one defined one, add depth in the perspective for the backgrund and mouvements on the characters.
I love your 2 characters: Shara as Lightning positions are really well realised. Congrats

As a background character you could have Zack doing squats. Nice piece very dynamic.

I never really played FF 7, but I really like this setting, especially the house and the bridge. It's intersting, like they are giving chase.

yeah with range it's probably a struggle to get the higher ground and with both character being agile well lets say they are pretty good match (but I still think light will win cause I am bias that way). Anyways in FF7 Costa Del Sol it wasn't too big in the story plot but does have a nice scenery...what you see above is like probably 20% of the actual map lol

I think you should do more backgrounds. I really like how it turned out!! All the little details make the background look very believable! I love how you drew Shara *^* And you have a cute style!

Thanks though when I do backgrounds I tend to want to bash my head on to my desk because of all the details that i try to make sense of while drawing it...so to save the headache I tend not to draw it lol...but trying little by little
