Description This is a photograph of my grandmother in her late twenties/early thirties (taken by an unknown photographer, scanned and retouched by me) combined with a photograph of her in her seventies (by me). The angle/profile in the pictures isn't the same. When I took her picture couple years ago, I didn't plan to to do this  (composition? Double exposure?). So, no they don't match up, but you have to admit the end result is quite charming.

I like your concept and how it came out. It's sincere and it conveys a universal truth about aging. I agree, the end result is charming. I also like what you wrote about your grandmother.

I'm not trying to depreciate your comment but... I'm at least as suprised as you are  

I don't know myself what I tried to convey with this picture. The physical ageing is easy to see.  

Hard work doesn't always pay off. 

Maybe I should write that book.
