Description
"It sounds like somebody is dying" a neighbor of Mr. M's described the sounds that she heard to the emergency dispatcher. The police arrived, but nobody answered Mr. M's door. It was dead silent. So they left.Later that week several of the neighbors heard sounds of sawing from the apartment but dismissed it as somebody doing a renovation. Some attendants reported hearing constant toilet flushing. All of these sounds seemed to originate from the same apartment.
Mr. M's ex-wife and daughter had individually applied for a restraining order against him. His daughter told the police she always believed that it's only a matter of time before her father committed a serious crime. He was extremely violent and short-tempered.
The first time the police knocked on Mr. M's front door was on an August night in 2018. The police would soon return as a man, an acquaintance of Mr. M's, was reported missing.
When investigating Mr. M's house the police found body parts sealed in plastic bags inside the oven, in the freezer and underneath the kitchen cabinets. Some of the body parts had been boiled and stripped from flesh. And some of the bones had been bleached and crushed. The found remains were identified as being the missing acquaintance. From the basis of the witness testimonials, the blood spatter patterns and the autopsy report; the victim had been beaten and kicked to death.
Most of the body was still to be found. Mr. M said he disposed the head and the torso into a lake, but that claim was proven to be a lie since the found body parts included rib bones.
The rest of the body is still missing.
Some locals joke around that Mr. M might have added in some human flavor into the kebabs at the restaurant where he worked in.
In court Mr. M declared he is the victim in this case. His honor had been violated.

Sounds like a murderer in Highgate London, who did the same. There was a horrible smell each time I visited her appartment. Rotting body's at the end of the garden and all sorts of horrors in the house!

A fine example of a functional design with no frills.
The story is another journey into the dark side of humans. Interesting that he would lie about the whereabouts of the head and torso given how much they had found already.
There are sides to people you don't want to see.
