Hunh. Beat's me what you're supposed to submit cosplay under...

This was the challenge I set myself today: Can I Create A Decent Looking Cosplay...with just the basic, everyday things I can find lying around my closet? And no trips to the costume bin allowed. I was actually surprised at how well I did (not that you can see much of the outfit in this photo, but I'll upload another one later...).

I took the photos in black and white to hide the fact that the colours of the outfit were horribly mismatched (I was going for tone and pattern, not colour), and purposely overexposed them slightly to try and flatten that strong Scottish nose of mine into one more befitting of a Japanese character. Then I added a few touches of colour with PSP 4.14, and voila!

I chose Yuna from FFX because a) her outfit is actually pretty easy, b) my hair only needed a little tweaking to match her's and c) because ~GT18 did something similar to this just last week [link] , and it's partially to blame for my inspiration.
