Well, the first time I saw this, it sent me into a corner, laughing madly. Probably I just want to see fella get hurd badly.
Regarding the image itself: Fella is done quite perfectly. Clinging to an imaginary frame (or, rather, the screen), clearly screaming for help (raised eyebrow, large eyes, form of mouth), recognizable even without the written exclamation. The drop of sweat retains a comical aspect to the character. 
I wouldn't know how to do this, but wouldn't it have been even better if you could somehow see fella knocking against the screen?
