.This issue is just *packed* to the brim with action and suspense and...other naughtier things
, so I hope you have your drinks and a comfortable seat ready . This issue in particular has a *lot* of dialogue, and I recommend using a zoom function on your reading platform of choice to get up close and personal with each panel in detail (lots of details in there too!).And as always, we'd absolutely *love* to hear your feedback! <3

Uzo and Tabico;
all I can say in a word is: Wow!
i swear this is like watching an episodic mc scifi adult miniseries. Incredible!
As has been said in the past; "game of drones".
round and round and round we go, who's going to be droned, nobody knows...
comments and observations:
Zarah is back in a brief cameo as the police chief's secretary. A stealth drone. Very nice. What's she up to? No good I'm sure. Have you two thought of capturing and droning the lovely red headed police chief...perhaps as another stealth drone for the Hive's use? I know she'd look fantastic in grey latex too...with those antennas deploying out of her ears, maybe...?
Phoebe shows up again and really reveals what "stealth drone" can be. This is a new version...a Type 3 greydrone that can go undercover and appear "normal", ingenious! And extremely sexy as well...I'd love to see more of her and her shenanigans.
Mel is fighting a loosing mental battle with the hive inside her brain. It would be lovely to see her succumb and transition into a Type 3 greydrone but in great detail, step by step.
the blue clones were an incredible touch as well. What is Nicole to do without a mistress?
With the reappearance of the Core chief suddenly are she and Tammy the only hope against the Hive as well as the evil twisted Dr. Exis? All I ask for is no cavalry anytime soon, please. By the way could the Core chief be a Hive or Exis plant to flush out Tammy and Mel? It's a thought...
and finally the twisted deviant immoral scheming Dr. Exis...Wow! She can take over Core and even pieces of the hive...customomize her very own drone...
is there no one that can stop her? I know the hive elders and that incredible brain node former student thing, will do their best. I have faith in the hive. Exis is not that smart...or is she...?
i know I speak for all of us when I say, we can't wait for the next Core episode. It will be a long month or two or three...until the next episode. Please keep up the fantastic work the two of you do and try not to keep us in suspense too long.

I like how fortunes have turned around. Perhaps this was part of the meaning of the "Reflections" subtitle, along with the more obvious applications.
we now have Lilit/Lilix dropped to slave status, with Nicole possibly in a position to rescue her. Meanwhile, we have Tammy and Melanie also reversed, with Mel now the partly-enslaved victim and Tammy the strong potential rescuer. Tammy has gone from #1 on the "yeah, she's already doomed" list, down to the bottom of said list. Mel has skyrocketed from bottom to #1, making the plot all fun and rollercoastery.
of course next time we'll get the Meltdown chapter where everyone gets turned into mindless plastic garden chairs and then Lilix will reveal she was actually Old Man Soapdish, the broken-down amusement park manager!
Maybe. It could go either way I'm thinking...

Great pickup, I noticed that too. It seems all the roles were reversed in this issue. Mel is the one to watch I think, because if anyone is going plastic its her!

I also couldn't help but notice towards the end where Mel and Tammy are on opposite sides of the door that those were thought bubbles they were communicating with. Was that on purpose or a mistake? Can Mel telepathically talk now? If so I wonder how long till Tammy realizes. Could be interesting if that was intended (which I have to believe that it was).
Love the bit that the Hive needs to become more human to win. Hoping that plays right along with what is happening with Mel. Throughly love a good corrupted heroine.
Where is Dr Rei? She always seems a bit aloof lately to have so much influence on what is happening.
Can't wait to see the next cover.

First off, WOW this was a rather deep piece and a LOT of stuff was revealed, you actually made me feel sorry for someone that we all assumed is a villain, and I couldn't help but feel sorry through that worldshattering blow to her ego.
As for the characters I really enjoyed the inner dialogue with themselves, in some form or another, without giving spoilers the 'Choose who you want to be" was both spine tingling an well done. I even enjoyed the Hives reflection upon itself and am interested to see how it reacts in the next issue.

WOW is all I have to say. No I want more, more more!
Extremely well written, characters are simply beyond what I expected them to be, if I just focus on the characters:
-Melanie. I did not see that coming, and her mirror scene was ridiculous. I guess this means that we're going to be seeing her in gray soon right?
-Tamara. Well, we have our Superman now, assuming she keeps her immunity from the type of mind control from "Zonedance", now she's immune to being a drone!
-Nicole, there couldn't be a hotter slave, and she's become the puff-puff-pass of anyone who wants her. I can't wait to see what Exis has planned for her.
-Lilit/Lilix. Tabico knows insane twists.
And finally Exis. Looking back to CORE #1, you could see she wasn't all there, now we know why.
Everything came together in this issue, a real highlight was the Erin and Niobe bedroom scene, I love how you are blending all of these stories and characters into a cohesive universe. My only complaint is there a million cliffhangers right now and I want answers.

Brilliant.
Layers upon layers of story/dialog, many of them building on the previous material, leading to a great deal of narrative payoff. The art, too, just keeps getting better. The scene with Constance, Brin and Niobe was especially well rendered.
Very erotic twists -- practically every scene drips with suspense and/or very hot EMC. Hard to mention favorite scenes without basically listing the whole issue; the drone alterations, the Constance scene, Lilith's shocking discovery are all very good, but the Hive deliberations probably tops my list.
Alas, not as adept as FBH in recognizing the many Vader references :-p (did spot the obvious one), but no matter. CORE continues to impress.
