nice flash animation (this is me being a critic i in no way mean to offend shiny evee or her fans please do not accuse me of hating ) the shine effect is a nice but you might want to make the blast of red a little more detailed for it doesnt look much like it is splashing out but noonetheless it is a rather nice animation i give it a 4/5
