You can download a larger version if the onscreen version isn't large enough or isn't high enough quality for your liking.As promised in the tutorial, I have linked some good pen tool tutorials below - I've looked at all of them and think they're good for learning how to use this miraculous tool.

This is my inspiration for working my vectors although the your tuts is for photoshop but it can also apply with illustrator different technique same principles. Thumbsup to yo mate.

I have no idea anymore, I did it a few years ago. I changed some colours, as far as I'm aware - probably with various layers & masks.

The same way as any other coloured hair. I always advise against using actual black though, use dark tones of colours rather than black - same goes for white.

It's just a black layer with the opacity lowered a little.
