I once again rise from the depths of the void to post something to this account

I drew this over the weekend and i'm super proud of it, and i also drew this in light of the previous nintendo direct! I'm so hyped for Splatoon 3 and i was VIBRATING when i noticed Agent 3 was wearing the cap... they're a captain now yay!

So... meet Remington, or Remy for short. She's my iteration on Agent 3... er... the captain... and i love her a lot! This is actually the first drawing i made of her and i'm quite proud of it!

I was originally just gonna have her sitting down somewhere in Alterna similarly to the trailer but the stitched cloak kind of masked the sitting position she was in (which was awkward and looked bad anyway) so i just decided to have her stand in the splatlands and just hanging out.

She's pretty standard in terms of design headcanons such as having the sanitized mark on her face (though i made the eye glow and look similar to how it was when she was corrupted and under Tartar's control). Not all of her design stuff is exactly planned as again, this is the first time i've drawn her, so i gotta make her a ref sheet of some sort to get things down.

I also used two splatoon style brushes for this drawing to capture the splatoon style - i don't have the links to them at the moment but they are called "SplatStyle" and "New 'n Fresh" in my art program (clip studio paint) if it helps you find them! i got SplatStyle off twitter and New 'n Fresh here on DA, its just a matter of finding both of them on my end.
