enjoyThis is a tutorial on making changing and creating BEAUTIFUL eyecolor! It is in Adobe .PDF format.
It is specially designed for Newbies - Intermediate users of Photoshop 6-CS versions. The techinique illustrated is special and i feel that even the most Advanced users of Photoshop will learn something from it. I took 3 days to make it, excuse the file size, i've included step by step Screenshots in good quality as i've went along.

Amazing!! I loved this tutorial soo much!! I've been interested in photoshopping for a while, but I can never really get into it because there's so much steps to follow and it hurts the eyes after a while of staring at the screen trying to read what to do next!
But I definately learned alot from this... [link] it's not as realistic as it should be, but I'm such a noob, I'm just glad I didn't screw up too bad

This is like one of the best tutorial's I've ever found. It's simple enough that even beginners can read it, but it make sense for those (like me) who've gotten their feet wet and beyound with photoshop. It's also given me ideas and ways to do other stuff I've been watning to do, but didn't know how. (Duplicate layer and variations- MY BEST FRIEND.

Thank you so much for this tutorial!!!! I've been looking for something like this and I couldn't find it anywhere!! I became really interested when I saw the splash screen on PSP9 when I first started out...now I'm on Photoshop CS2. I got really excited when I saw my friend transform these pics below and I tried to find a tutorial in vain until someone mentioned this tutorial. Thanks a million!!

I'll tell you what, there are too many tutorials that I have read and just completely lost interest in halfway through, or was so confused that I just gave up. Now here is a very nice tutorial that I followed al the way through and got beautiful results! I am so glad I decided to take a stroll through the Photoshop Tutorials category.
