"the story of DEATHNOTE is end"finally finished Desu Noto!!
and i LOVED IT!!! it was fantastic in my opinion.
well, i skipped alot. (namely everything to do with mellow n' yellow)
i had read up to #79 already, then after spotting #108 in Japan in Weekly Jump, i figiured i autta read up! SOOO 3 months later, i skipped up to chapter 100, just to catch everything leading to the end. And SUPER SPECIAL THANX to my good buddy Nikki for trying really hard to help me get the final chapters~ thank you!
i dont think i ever read any manga so intensely. i was right into it~ plus i played all my Akira Ikufube Godzilla songs for old times sake (it makes a killer deathnote soundtrack)
So, like everytime i read sumthing wicked-cool, i gotta draw it.
Tribute to Yagami Raito (not light)
Who has been, and shall remain one of my favorite characters ever! ..in anything!

i used to like Raito, but then L came along and stole the show... and now i hate Raito even more b/c of what he did to L... omg, he's so evil i can't stand it >.<

the idea of leaving blood on raito's hand really shows that despite his ideals, he's still a hitler, and a ruthless one at that!
i've just started reading it again after a year of distractions, the manga takes a really interesting perspective of who's the hero and who's the villain.

i remember when it started i was like, totally thinking raito was the hero..
but after all he's sooooo the evil villian.
its rare the villian is the main character.. thats why deathnote is amazing

I didn't like the end very much...as in, uhm...well how they managed the "end" was good, how the whole situation took a twist and Ryuuku did what he did was soo cool....but in my opinion, L was the one to corner Raito...not Near >_<;;

No, Mellow blew up a house and he was in it and of all the people there he was the worst, he also got the eyes trade...so since he had seen Mellow he wanted his dad to write his name on death note before he died, so when he died Raito started cursing him and stuff and everybody was like

uhmm well remember that some guy froma very important business got another Death Note? when they finally got him, they got that note and a lot of members of the police touched it so they could see the Shinigami, well there was a lot of fooling around with the DN's so it was Ryuuku the one they saw and ryuuku explained some things to them, so basically, Raito's Dad wanted to get the eyes to be able to see the one who was currently using the DN, and also, to prove that Raito wasn't KIRA.
