At around 0908H, two walking police patrolmen were patrolling Old Norfolk Road which is home to abandoned container vans, when they heard a loud banging and murmuring different language. Immediately the police officers quickly locate the source of the sound and identified it is coming from an abandoned lot with high fences and barbed wires, the officers tried to look for any person whom maybe guarding the lot but unfortunately they didn't find one. They immediately reported it back to NPD and asked for NFD to gain access inside the compound. Within minutes NFD Battalion 13, Engine 27, and Ladder 03 arrived and forcefully unlocked the gate.

Upon gaining access inside the compound NFD quickly unlocked the abandoned container van, to their surprise there are 5 dead bodies and tons of human feces and slaughtered chickens, and one survivor whom they identified as human trafficked laborer. immediately NFD radioed EMS assistance and provide pre-hospital care to the surviving individual and transported to Newport General Hospital.

The remaining surviving individual from the container van was rushed immediately to NGH and given proper medical attention. The individual stayed at Emergency Room 05 while waiting for his laboratory result, when the Medical Technologist report came back and the individual is tested positive from a contagious strain of bird flu that can be passed from bird to human interaction with its bio-waste. NGH Immediately gather information regarding the individual that is brought in, and finds out that the individual did have an interaction with chicken who is now under the examination of Bureau of Animal Services taking samples if it is indeed positive from the said virus. Personnel present at the Old Norfolk Container Compound is now under a preventive quarantine and roads surrounding it are now closed and residents are evacuated for precautions.

Upon knowing the test result, NGH is placed under Emergency Lockdown to prevent the possible spread of the virus. NFD-CBRNE Battalion and OEM Field Hospital are now deployed outside NGH and conducting sample gathering that will be sent to National CBRNE Laboratory of CDDM. Multiple NPD Units are surrounding the area of NGH closing several roads.

The Department of Health immediately puts on Emergency Warning and Bullets through SMS to warn the citizens. The DIHS released a Memo hours after the initial notification of DOH stating that all emergency personnel should use face mask at the mean time while identifying and mitigating the situation.

The Department of Education suspends all classes nationwide from Preschool to College for precautionary measures. The Newport Mayor released a memo stating a curfew starting at 10:00 in the evening and ends t 4:00 in the morning and mandating its citizens to use face mask. The Pinesdor President is expected to address its nation in the evening upon the release of all necessary results.
