Wow, nice stylization of the muscles here. I like how you reduced the faces and heads down to these fiery things with red eyes, as if the people in the picture are intensely focused on buffing up. Works well for the product your client had in mind, IMO.
However, I've got to say you could market images like that for the anime industry. Ever seen Dragonball Z?
