Speaking of which, which ship in the Federation fleet was designed to fight the Borg? Because I think they're in due time for an upgrade... or downgrade. Not sure which. Basically, a ship that can fire novelty sandwiches or VHS tapes of vintage movies.

Looks like it was Nova class star ships. Specifically the Equinox.
But with all the time traveling and parallel universes, there seems to be more than one variant of the Nova Class star ship.
I'd say that now the only thing the Federation needs is a strong enough tractor beam to move and drop off the Pretty Pretty Pony Partyland in range of other Borg vessels. Probably a good idea to have multiple backup replicators for sandwiches and VHS tapes.
Oh, and instead of Photon Torpedoes... Cirno (9) Decoy Probes for targeting and a speedy escape.
