Very cute on this one. For Chibi style you did a good job.
Not many complaints about the lines on this one. In fact, I can't point out too many technical flaws as there really are not any. The coloring is good, if a bit one dimensional. Very plain colors with a bit of shading thrown in. Still it works for a chibi picture and it came out cute.
Low impact as this is just a glance, say "daww" and then move on.
Your technique gets you almost perfection as I was very impressed with the lack of white spots indicating spots you missed coloring.
