Damn, it's been a while since I last posted anything at all. That's mostly because I haven't been drawing lately... busy and all that. But I saw this contest and I couldn't refrain myself from taking some time to do something for it because why not xDIt's a contest that Abyssal Chronicles is hosting, where you must draw your favourite mascot from the Tales of series. I obviously did Rollo - I mean, I love cats, and he's as awesome as a cat can become, besides being super adorable and from my favourite game of the franchise. So I drew him coming back from a Kitty Dispatch mission carrying two items I really like - Glowfruit and Princessia. (I know they're from different areas but you'll forgive my artistic freedom.)
If I win the contest I'll get some cool goodies from the series so root for me!

Well, yeah. On X2 the dispatch takes 30 minutes, but on Tales of Asteria, some dispatches can take up to 12 hours O.o

Yes, really. Asteria has 30-minute, 4-hour and 12-hour dispatch. The 30-minute ones are for simpler items like apple gels, OL bottles and 50% exp food; the 4 and 12-hour are for better items like 100-200% gald/exp, omega bottles, exp books (as you need books to level up characters), gald, etc. There's also special dispatches every now and then for events and the like, where you can get charaters and items. And those items you give to kitties are a lot more important, as they can cut a lot of that time. Sadly, they aren't farmable and are only given away in special events, or can be obtained through rainbow orbs (but those orbs are really important for summoning more characters so it's not something I spend orbs on).Β
But it's like that because Asteria is online and designed to be played a little bit everyday, so you can just leave your dispatch at that and go do something else. It's also a very fun and addictive game, besides being a major fanservice

I know about it pretty much since it released but I only started playing it like three months ago or so. It's great.

I also recommend playing Tales of Link that you can get there - it's like a traditional strategy game. Very fun and also hard. XD
