I made this as a request for , featuring her OC, Setsuko Mashita! I don't know how eyes work in the Naruto universe, so I just made it so they change color whenever she blinks.UPDATE: Added more detail to the hair, and made the blinking sync up with the others

If you watch Naruto,it'd be easy.She can change her eyes when she has enough chakra.Some Kekkei Genkai aren't like that,but that's how the Creator of the Song eyes did it
