These lines will no longer be in use, as we are preparing to release new lines! They should be ready either today or tomorrow, I'm hoping!
To answer your question, these are .PSD files and so have each base type in their own folder group within the file.
With the new lines, we will likely have ungrouped versions of individual bases/mutations for users who do not have a program that would open PSD files!
