.:FLIGHT:. - (noun) act, manner, or power of flying.I was going through the gallery of and this image really appealed to me.
Needed to do something to get out of my block...

I don't really understand the rippling effects cause that seems to be associated with water more and water has nothing to do with flying.
Maybe your trying to show the wind? But it really detracts from the piece.
The original colors were beautiful I think maybe if you had just sharpened the colors it would have a more natural "flight" type of effect. Cause it would saying flying is freedom like that... I like the borders though it makes the birds stand out more and it kind of like freezes the birds flying for your Flight (n) definition thing, gives it more depth.
I think its great how your trying to express thru that piece that flight symbolizes unrestrained freedom free of all the cares in the world, free to just soar in the skies and it representation of how or what it would be for us to live unrestrained from the weight of our doubts. Umm, I think the noun doesn't work for this isn't it a verb?
Good job none the less...

I thought the original was amazing too - I think thats in my favs somewhere. You have done a nice job on it, the border works well and the text is great. I personally am not too sure about the ripple effect, but I am still seeing the original. It does have a good effect though.

it almost looks like theres a force vibrating through the atmosphere maybe even some sort of magic going on. it kind of gives me a spooky feeling.
