An entry for the contest [link] ~cibex is holding

"create a piece of art, answering the big question: What will happen next?"
[Sarina] has made a long travel from her old factory to the docks, where the lonely and grim [Murdoch] resides, hoping to find him there, for he's said to have important information [the subject of this is insignificant]. He does not know her yet, though she has already heard a lot about him and is rather amazed by what she heard. She is exhausted and tired and decides to sit down to rest for a while, as he finally appears in front of her, slowly making his way out of the shadows, looking down to her from a pile of crates.

Well, my follow up:
Murdoch jumped off the crates to come closer to Sarina but had clearly consumed more alcohol than should have. The landing was more like a tumbling down and rollin over the edge of the dock....

Well Murdoch didn't fall to the sea and Sarina is supposed to look like "....Great.. this is the guy I'm supposed to trust ;;>_>", or something and Murdoch is like in a little awkward position..

Some humorous attempt from me ^o^;;
I hope it's approvable. I mean if that world doesn't have any rum then my entry is a failure. XD

To be honest, the best excuse for starting to devwatch amazing artists is to join their contests V__v
Well this wasn't like I found ~cibex week ago, read the journal and suddenly had an inspiration.
I found the contest for a while ago already and wanted to see what people would come up with so I checked it back couple of times.
Then few days ago I actually had an idea for it and gave it a try. ^____^

Because I started so late (it was three days till the deadline then) I had to hurry and I made some mistakes since I couldn't come to check the references regularily enough. ._.
I had to memorise most of the stuff and Sarina ended up too dark but that can be explained the whole place was dark
But I'll leave the rest unstated because you'll think I'd hate this.

But I'm damn proud of the outcome O__o I actually succeeded in a background too

Scanner raped the colors so badly even I could have done it better....

I noticed some interesting similarities on Sarina and it creeped me out. Have I come across cibex earlier and adapted something from her unconciously or was it just a coincidence @__@
