This form acquired after enchancing the Brute Core Medal into it's ultimate state by absorbing ridiculous number of cell medals and Incomplete Greeed. Turning the Kamen Rider into Greeed of its own. So in this form, Kamen Rider Brute were also treated as a Greeed and a Kamen Rider at the same time.

As a Greeed, Kamen Rider Brute possessed the ability to control and summon Yummies or Incomplete Greeed all he want. Which turning himself into a final boss without him knowing. While as a Kamen Rider, Brute obtain immortality as long he absorb enough cell medal. In this form, Kamen Rider Brute power were on a par with True OOO or known as 'King'.

Kamen Rider Brute held a weapon called Brute Calibur. Created and designed by Kougami Foundation. Just like Medajaribur, Brute Calibur need cell medals to activate its power. But instead of 3 cell medals, Brute Calibur need atleast 10 cell medals.

This Form Finisher is Brute All Kill by performing Medal Charge. Brute turn the area around him into hot-black-sticky goo. From inside the goo, crawling arm emerge and haul whoever inside the range of the attack then absorb them inside the goo. This form can be combined with Brute Calibur by slashing the enemy while the enemy is dragged inside the goo by the crawling arm.

Another Variation of Brute All Kill is: Brute absorbed all the Goo into his foot and perform a Rider Kick. Which kill the enemy in an instant thus making the goo on his foot explode and melt his opponent's corpse.
