Kamen Rider Calibur has the highest stats out of all the Riders in the series at the time of their debut. His running speed is only second to Kenzan and His punching and kicking power is higher than Buster's, which make him pretty broken. He also could absorb and negate incoming energy attacks from other Seikens. And he's cool as hell.

I wish they keep his character as a mysterious rider until the last arc of the series, and then he suddenly helped Touma as an anti-hero. Which will make him badass until the end. That would be very-very cool for his character. But sadly his mysterious side only last a few episodes.
