Kamen Rider Carbas Masked Form is treated as his base form. He could access Clock-Up mode without needing to do Cast-Off first. He could also access his Rider Kick despite being in Masked Form.

Kamen Rider Carbas Has the highest durability in his Masked Form but lack in speed without Clock-Up. Kamen Rider Carbas would even remain undamaged by Rider Kick when he's in his Masked form due to his incredible durability. He could destroy an entire meteorite with his own Rider Kick. He is also unaffected by extreme temperatures and able to withstand high gravitational forces without the help of 'Clock Up' ability as long as he is in Masked Form.
