Kamen Rider Cutlass is a Kamen Rider from the world of Saber. Unlike the rest of the Kamen Rider, Cutlass is an artificial Rider that created by combining human knowledge & technologies and mystical aspect from Mumeiken Kyomu & Almighty Book.

In order to help the Kamen Rider from Sword of Logos against the endless threat of Megid attack, the world goverment created a new seiken with the power of nullifying anomaly and mystical affair. However, the seiken went sentient and devour the entire research site into nothingness and lost from existence.

But one day, the seiken mysteriously appear. Wielded by a self proclaimed pirate who then used the seiken along with Alpheous Pistol Shrimp Wonder Ride Book to transform into Kamen Rider Cutlass. Thus, the tale of Kamen Rider Cutlass, begin!

"Let the tale, begin!"

Kamen Rider Cutlass wield the Artificial Holy Sword of Counterbalance, Hakushi Utsuro. The Seiken have the ability to nullify any special effect from either Seiken or Wonder Ride Books and Alter Ride Books that interacted directly with the seiken. No matter how mighty the seiken, Wonder Ride Books or Alter Ride Books is. In that case, Kamen Rider Cutlass also wont be able to use 'Hissatsu Read' using this seiken as it would nullify the wonder ride book ability.
