By combining the power of Kamen Rider Decade and Kamen Rider Zi-O, Kamen Rider Fusion could access Time Destroyer form. Giving him the power of Kamen Rider Decade and Kamen Rider Zi-O in general.

“I will Destroy your future! Remember that!”

In this form, Kamen Rider Fusion granted with the power of Decade and Zi-O. Fusion could do dimension travel, rewind time, Teleportation and send people into dimensional rift. In this form, Fusion gifted with high knowledge about Kamen Rider power. Fusion also could use both KamenRide cards and Ridewatches by simply scanning the item on the centre of the Fusion Driver. The Rider of the scanned Ride cards or Ridewatch then summoned to assist Fusion in combat.

Fusion obtain arsenal from both Zi-O and Decade. Including Ride Booker, Zikan Girade, RideHeisaber and Saikyo Girade. Fusion can use the weapon very well as he could deliver King Giri Giri Slash using Saikyo Zikan Girade or Dimension Blast using Ride Booker in Gun Mode.

Fusion Finisher in this form :
Fusion Attack Ride: Accessed by pulling the right Trigger of the Driver. Fusion's Driver create a barrage of holographic Attack Ride cards with Fusion's symbol instead of Decade's which appear towards the enemy. Fusion then dashes through the cards and deliver a flying side kick to the enemy.
Fusion Time Break: Accessed by pulling the left Trigger of the Driver. A series of magenta-colored "Kick" (in english) characters appear and circle the enemy. Fusion then jumps high as the "Kick" characters merge into one and stick to Fusion's right foot as Fusion performs a Rider Kick.
Final Time End:Accessed by pulling both Trigger of the Driver. Kamen Rider Fusion will jump high into the sky. A giant holographic Attack Ride card with Fusion's symbol and magenta-colored "End" (in english) characters appear which will combined into one and befall on the enemy. Fusion then launch his ultimate Rider Kick which will cause the giant holographic Attack Ride card explode upon the impact.
