After The Event of Reiwa the first, a bunch of mysterious people that called themself as Neo Time Jacker emerge from the time rift. The Neo Time Jacker's sudden presence bringing chaos into the Timeline and causes Time Distortion. Ohma Zi-O Realize this anomaly and inform his younger self. They both tried to reach the problematic Timeline but the Timeline was being locked from inside by the Neo Time Jacker. This condition leave Ohma Zi-O no choice but to destroy the Time before it's disturb another existing Timeline. Which means, The World of Zero-One and another world with future Kamen Rider potential will be erased from the history.

Of course, The present Sougo didn't agree with his older self's plan. He tried to find another way. But it's no use, even with Decade power Sougo still unable to go inside that Timeline. While he was thinking hard about it, Ohma Zi-O tell Sougo that he finally find another way to go trought that Timeline. He said that inside the Timeline, dozens of Another Rider is rampaging The World of Zero-One. And one of the Another Rider, is Another Ohma Zi-O.

Ohma Zi-O tell Sougo that there's only one way and one chance to save that Timeline. Only one person can go inside, but not both of them since the presence of Another Riders will make their power become useless. They need a Rider that never written exist in the history to defeat the Another Riders. That was when both of them finally remember their creation. The Mirai Rider.

With his power, Ohma Zi-O bring Rentaro Kagura, Mondo Douan and Rento Makina from their respective era. They explain the situation to the trio as they agreed to save the Problematic Timeline. But they all still not sure they can do it due to how weak is their power compared to another Rider. Especially another Zi-O. Plus, only one person can get inside the Timeline.

Ohma Zi-O then commanded Woz to give the trio their respective MiRidewatches. Both Sougo and Ohma Zi-O then give their power to the Ridewatch as three Ridewatches glow and connected each other just like the creation of the Zi-O Trinity Ridewatch. But instead of creating a Ridewatch, The MiRidewatch Generate an unknown belt Driver to the trio. The Mirai Driver.

Rentaro, Mondo and Rento tries to transform using the belt. They place their MiRidewatches in front of the Mirai Driver as then they transform into Kamen Rider. Rentaro transform into Shinobi, Mondo transform into Quiz, and Rento transform into Kikai. But after that, their bodies glow bright. The three of them Fusion into a new Kamen Rider. A Rider that never exist in the history. With The power of Sougo and Ohma Zi-O. Kamen Rider Mirai trinity.

Mirai Trinity has all ability of the three Mirai Rider. Mirai Trinity also blessed with the power of Sougo and Ohma ZI-O tha make Another Oma Zi-O power won't work on him. However this form isn't perfect yet. Most of the power given by Ohma Zi-O and Sougo shackled inside this form. It's still not enough to defeat all of the Another Riders.

Kamen Rider Mirai Trinity has 3 main finisher. Each of them belongs to the original Mirai Rider. Also with 1 Ultimate Finisher.
Finish Ninpo: Mirai Trinity fires a stream of purple flame from his hand, then summons a giant tornado to lift his targets in mid-air. After thats, summoning multiple clones of himself to attack the opponent all at once, using two clones to launch them even higher, and finally finishing with a bicycle kick shrouded in supernova aura, sending his enemy crashing down to earth.
Final Quiz Flash: After asking a true/false question, Mirai Trinity jumps in the air only to be hidden by a giant sign with two panels marked "O" and "X" respectively. He then breaks through the correct answer's panel with his foot and hits the enemy with a spinning kick carrying projections of both symbols and an "!" on impact.
Fullmetal The End: Mirai Trinity generates a large amount of electrified ice energy throughout his upper body and jumps high, and the energy transfers to his right foot and solidifies into a large icicle that penetrates the target.
Mirai Trinity Hissatsu Geki: Mirai Trinity channels energy in form of digital circuit lines into his entire body before rising into the air. At the same time, holographic-like of Shinobi, Quiz and Kikai appear around Mirai Trinity doing the same movement as Mirai trinity. The holograpic rider merged with Mirai Trinity as then 2 clones of him summoned and streaking the enemy and throw the enemy into the air. Mirai Trinity then performs a powerful Rider Kick and send the enemy flying into an energy cube with '?' icon on it which then Explode and banish the enemy from existence upon the impact.

Hell Yeah! Finally after a long time, i finally did it! Here Mirai Trinity. Takes longer than i thought. But finally i did it. Special thanks for gamrossXsteel for keep supporting me, and you all. But it's still not done yet tho. Anyway, for now, enjoy~
