Image adquired with the 1.23 meter Zeiss telescope at Calar Alto Oservatory. 35 hour exposure time through broadband RGB and narrowband H-alpha filters. This is a version of this image where I have enhanced the 656 nm line emission of the hydrogen gas inside the galaxy. See the red arc at the left of the image, this structure has been detected for the very first time in this image.

Interacting galaxy pair located 23 million light-years away.
