based the design off of young Christopher lloyd,early humanoid toons (van beuren tom and jerry the yellow kid and mutt and jeff) along with Doodle!Frank Harris. I'm gonna call the Good doom "Harold von Roden" becuase Harold Lloyd and such.

I like to imagine the "bumped his head and went insane" explanation was bull-hockey made up by the US Government to cover up their immoral Toon Supersoldier experiments. Maybe Harold "Barron" von Roden stumbled upon the Dip idea studying with the lab boys.
