It had been 2 weeks and Feliciano hadn't seen or heard from her. Returning to his spot on the front lawn, staring longingly at her balcony, Feli just waited. The night started to fall when he heard another plop next to him. Expecting Ludwig, he sighed and rested his head on his knees that currently took up residence on his chest.

"You're an idiot fratello." Feli gave the look of shock when he found his brother, sitting cross-legged next to him, and the scowl still on his face. Feli just sighed and continued to stare at the house. The light was on but she wasn't going to walk out to see him. He knew it but he kept up the wishful thinking.

"I know it." He said with the exhaustion apparent in his voice. A white box appeared next to his feet. It was a decent size box, probably the size of a shirt box you get at Christmas time, Feli just stared at it, raising an eyebrow of confusion.

"No you don't. She came by the house while you were sleeping and practically shoved this up my fucking nose and ran off like her ass was on fire." Lovino huffed, copying his brother's posture.

"What is it?" Feli asked, adjusting himself so he set the box on his lap.

"Hell if I know." Lovino shrugged. The brothers just stared at the box, not sure what it was. It was odd for a random box to show up, especially from ______. Ripping the tape off the edges and lifting the lid and found an index card on top of the tissue paper. It was a simple sentence, but the handwriting was definitely hers.

'I hope you like it.' That is all it said. Nothing else. He set the note next to the lid and undid the tissue paper. A smile appeared on Feli's face when he saw what it was. It was a shirt. A light blue in color, black buttons and stitching, overall it was a very nice shirt. Pulling it out, he felt the soft cotton in his fingers. He really did try not to laugh when his brother huffed and glared at the shirt.

"She gave you a fucking shirt. She almost shoved a fucking shirt up my damn nose." Lovino glared, crossing his arms across his chest. Feli didn't respond and started to unbutton the white shirt he was currently wearing. Lovino face-palmed himself and shook his head in shame at his brother's actions. Adjusting shirt a bit, it was a perfect fit. Feli rolled the sleeves up to his elbows and to say he was happy was an understatement. He was enthralled. Setting his old shirt into the box and closing the lid and the goofy smile hasn't left his face.

"Unlike you fratello, I do have a life." Lovino said finally, standing up and started to walk away, taking the box with him. Feli continued to grin and nodded his thanks. Lovino had a small smile as he walked away, couldn't help it. He would fully deny it if someone called him out on it.

After Lovino left, Feli messed with the hem, rolling it in his fingers absently. Crunching of the grass, he looked up and found the German standing there. Ludwig wore his usual outfit of a wife-beater and green military pants. He just flopped down on the grass where Lovino was, stretching out to look at the stars.

"I thought you would be with your fratello?" Feli stated, joined Ludwig on the grass. Ludwig shrugged.

"The rest of his friends are zhere. I vasn't going to stick around. New shirt?" He said, slightly concerned about the manic smile on the Italian's face.

"____ gave it to me. Lovino said she came by the house earlier while I was asleep." Feli said, resting his arms behind his head. Ludwig just gave a noise of acknowledgement.

"Vhat to do something?" Ludwig said finally in a 'I'm so bored I can't stand it' tone.

"What do you have in mind?" Feli asked, sitting up.

"No idea, hov about a movie?" he responded, shrugging slightly.

"Ve~" Feli responded. He needed to do something with Ludwig before school started again. To enjoy what was left of his summer. However, he hated to abandon his post for ____ but it wasn't fair to his best friend.  Ludwig, with some awesome skill, got up and helped Feli up as well. The pair walked down the street, into town to the tiny movie theater.

~About 3 hours later~

The pair walked back with smiles on their faces. It was nice to be hanging out with his best friend, forgetting all of his worries away. As they walked back, Ludwig stopped and started to form a smile.

"What's wrong?" Feli asked, staring at his friend. His question was answered by a smile.

"Take a look" Ludwig stood aside and revealed ____ sitting on the sidewalk in front of his house. She stared intently at the house, as if she was expecting someone. Feli stared at her in disbelief, not sure what to do or how to react. Ludwig patted his shoulder and started to walk back home.

"Good luck." He said over his shoulder, leaving a very nervous Italian in his wake. Feli took a deep breath and walked towards her.

"Bella, what are you doing here?" He asked, she shot up and slightly startled.

"Hey Feli. Your collar is crooked." She said, fixing the collar of his shirt. Feli raised an eyebrow resting his hand on her, making her stop her fussing with the collar.

"_____?"  her (e/c) eyes met his caramel ones.  A light blush dusted her cheeks.

"I have been thinking about you and really wanted to see you. I think I may have feelings for you." She said, taking a step back, fumbling with her fingers. A smile crawled across his face and his eyes lit up.

"Really?"  He said. The excitement got the best of him and kissed her. Then realizing his mistake, he just stared at her with dish-plate eyes. "I am so sorry _____." He quickly apologized, looking absolute horrified.

"Don't be. I just wasn't expecting it. Not that I didn't like it." She said, slightly embarrassed to actually admitting that she enjoyed the kiss from the hyper-active Italian. The awkward silence formed between them. _____ dragged the tip of her shoes into the sidewalk while Feli blushed and rubbed the back of his neck.

"Would you idiots get together already?!" A shout came, revealing Lovino leaning against the doorframe with his arms across his chest and his famous scowl. ____ covered her mouth to hide the smile she had. Feli just stared at his brother, appalled at his statement. Now the awkward silence became suffocating.

"Ti amo." He said, not looking at her in the eyes, but rather the ground. He never really admitted outright but somehow he couldn't quite tell her in English. She gave him a raised eyebrow.

"I love you ______." He translated, still not looking at her, but just about jumped out of his skin when she hugged him, snuggling against his neck.

"Ti amo." She whispered. Bringing a smile to her lips as well as his while, they stayed in the embrace.
