Sorry for such a long absence, life got in the way for a while there! I'm back to finish this series of hair tutorials and also submit some new ones including craft and nail art. See you all soon

I used to do this style a lot when I was younger, but instead of pinning under, I'd tie the loose ends with a band and not pull them through properly so there was a loop at the end. I would then use a small Ibis clip and pin it to my head on the top side. The band was hidden and provided good grip and the Ibis clip hid the band!
I used to love this style. I might start it again!

I loved it! I stopped mostly because I got a new hairstyle which had layers so the plaits looked a bit scruffy... I shall find a way though!

I've been watching your for some time now and I do love your tutorials, like others have said you make something complex easy. My only, I suppose criticism, is that it is hard to distinguish your hair from the backgrounds sometimes making it difficult to see just what exactly you are doing. Not so much in this tutorial but in some of your others. Still keep up the amazing work!!!

I totally know what you mean, my hair is so light it's difficult to balance between having to have a darker background and maintaining enough definition so you can see what's going on in the hair. Definitely something I'm trying to improve so thank you so much for the constructive comment!
