Jungle Buddies-
It is a Friendship based on the theme, "To love the Unlovable". This is an extra ordinary friendship between an orange lemur and the Big Ape of the jungle who be-friend each other over a game of bursting the bubbles. It took courage and strength for the little lemur to approach the massive and lonely gorilla and extend his love and friendship towards him. What I wanted to show through this piece is that, sometimes the most intimidating or distant looking people can be transformed by a touch of love, care and encouragement and the awareness that they too are loved in this world.
