This theme has been taken from "Windows Embedded Standard CTP Refresh" and works perfectly in Windows XP and 2003.
All credit goes to Microsoft. I'm just sharing it.

Question for you. Whenever I apply this theme, some icons disappear (My Computer and My Documents, for example). Other themes (Royale, Zune, etc.) work perfectly fine. Upon investigation, applying this theme changes the path of the icons to the D: drive instead of the C: drive. I'm going to look into the file and see if I can figure out the reason.

Sure enough, Embedded.theme has DefaultValue set as D:\filepath. Changing these to C: fixes the issue.

Will there ever be third-party themes that Microsoft will ACTUALLY sign and thus allow them to be used (without patching)? Microsoft's themes are not so cool, and it seems nobody else actually cares about their theme not being signed by Microsoft... as if so many people would actually patch their system for that (not everybody even CAN as we are NOT all administrators everywhere!)
Microsoft is SUCH a monopoly company.

As XP lover i had to try this. It looks really nice and gives me some nostalgic feeling. I think i will never delete my XP.

Very good. Nice colors too.
But the parallel lines are going over the menubar in bottom left corner...I think it shouldn't be.
Overall it is great just as the Vista theme.
