Description Been a while since I submitted something. Or even been on deviantArt. Aiming for 10K messages XD

Anyway, just a random thought popped into my mind to draw the weapons triangle from Fire Emblem. Popped into my head while talking with my friend, DardoX on his live stream account. So, I asked him and the other person there if they'd mind if I used their fursonas for this, and they said yes.

Almost a month later, this travesty comes out XD

Let's start with the guy on the left. I know the person as Grey. Anyway, he's a Berserker, so he uses axes. And apparently two-thirds the leg length he should have. Then there's the fact I pretty much finished the lineart when Grey told me his fursona was in fact, not a wolf, but a fox -_- I should've asked, but the picture he gave me for reference totally looks like a wolf XD

Then there's me, in the center. Switching to a feline fursona. Some sort of lynx/mountain lion hybrid with diamond markings. I'm a general, and despite the axe, I'm representing the lance. So if you have boils, bring them here and I'll take care of them for you ^^ So, with me, I am dissatisfied with my head and can't figure out how to fix it T_T

Guy on the right is DardoX. In case you can't tell, he's supposed to be a fox. I have trouble with the vulpine characters -_- He's a swordmaster. I'm extremely happy with those hands, though the tail could be fluffier...

Anyway, I was doing something different with shading, also trying highlighting out. Comments on those would be appreciate. I personally like it, though I may be biased since it too me half the time it normally takes And I'm also in love with my sky ^^

I'm a full time Ranger Gimp user, if you want some lvl50 Gimp skill power ups, come and take my quest. You don't need any special Photoshop resource, potion, or scroll for the requirements lol

Anyways, that scene looks good, needs more shadows though

Alrighty, first gather these X amount of herbs and grind for an hour on X amount of monsters.
I would normally pour out all I know, but that will cause chaos, so how about we go at your pace? Tell me where you need help on.

*Takes out my +2 Stylus of Drawing* Alright, got it. *Heads off*

Let's see. Clothes for one thing. Not armor, just regular clothy clothes. Mine are always so flat looking, and just dull...

Besides that, shading. I've tried a few ways, but none of them seem to work very well...

Well I've noticed that the clothes you draw seem to stick on the characters body. The cloth should flow normally on the character and be naturally pulled by gravity or pushed by wind. To do this you need to add more folds and creases around the joint areas to make them pop out more. The folds need to flow where the direction of force is applied or how the joint is positioned.

You just need to use more shadow that's all. Or darker tones for contrast.

About the highlights, i'd be happy to show you a good way to do em plus how to add a glow, more believable effect =3

I'd be happy to watch you show me how to do that. Realize though, I use Gimp, so I might not have some of the resources your program has.

I know, it's awesome ^^ Sacred Stones is my favorite of the three I've played, because of the support conversations XD

Thanks for the favorite.

Yeah, no support conversations is what killed the Shadow Dragon DS one for me. I love how the game creators managed to interlink all the people together.

Don't worry, neither have I XD Though now that you mention it... I think I might try for it soon.

Well, it isn't bad, just not really good either -_-

Why would your PC freeze on a GBA game? oh XD You've got something that lets you play it on the computer screen I guess.

Advanced Wars is another good GBA strategy game. Civilization though, that's the ultimate in turn-based strategy <3
