Huh, interessting, never heard of that anime, just watched a trailer. On first imression it looks like a mix of GITS, Arjuna and Texnolyze.
Is it worth a watch? Can you compare the animation and story qualities of it with some other indenticle anime?

Not to sure really. It was just the backdrop and setting it reminds me of. Nothing to similar apart from how the world seems to have progressed.
